Visa Information

Visa letters will only be issued to

  1. People the organization knows (notification by one of the member included in the organization https://ijckg2023.knowledge-graph.jp/pages/organization/organizing-committee.html is required).
  2. Speakers/Presenters in the conference
  3. Committee members
  4. Attendees who have paid their registration fee in full

In case of the fourth category, we may request additional documents and/or certificates to validate the claimed information and to judge whether the attendees are expected to attend such scientific and technical conferences. If we would not be confident about the claimed information or their attendance, we would not issue the invitation letters.

To request a Visa Support Letter

Please send an email to googlegroups.com specifying in the body of the mail the following data:

  • Full name (as written in the passport)
  • Job title
  • Mailing address
  • Nationality
  • Birth date
  • Female/Male
  • Are you a speaker/presenter? (Yes or No)
  • Name of session/paper/workshop you are speaking/presenting
  • Itinerary(date, activity plan, name of hotel)
  • We will send the letter via e-mail. Do you need a hard copy? (it will take time)

Electronic letters will be issued promptly upon verification of paid registration. Original signed letter via regular mail has to be previously required.


Invitation letters will state the following facts:

Conference dates, title, location
Whether the requester is a committee member, speaker, presenter or attendee
The requester has paid the required registration fee in full
Note: Invitation letters will not be issued to requesters who have not previously paid the registration fee.
